Where do I start?! They guys needed to bleed the brake system to get the brake pedal working again, (the truck sat for a while) so we approved the job (around $200, which seemed fair). Then, they ended up having to replace the brake master cylinder, which required them to bleed the brake system all over again. They didn’t have to, but they absorbed the cost from the first job and only charged me for it once. NOT twice. They didn’t have to do that. That’s integrity. I’ll be using them again for future repairs just based on that alone! They actually took the time to explain everything and even showed me on my truck what they were doing. That’s transparency. I was driving from Dallas to Atlanta with my family. We kept feeling the car jerk as we drove. After we stopped to fill up on gas, the check engine light was flashing. We looked this up online and the news wasn’t great. We quickly looked up a repair shop and this place was a 3 minute drive. Minutes after arriving we were checked in and had a diagnoses in hand. I even heard the technician in charge of our car as another technician to review his findings before taking next steps. The walked me through the issue which was cylinder misfire and advised a Replacment of the ignition coil and spark plugs. They had parts delivered and then installed them within an hour. We were back on the road and made it safely to our destination. Grateful for the professionalism of this team and the commitment to service. Andrew Williams
This place went far beyond their services. They came and picked my truck up and had it done in just a few hours while we were stranded on a Saturday and they get off at one and they stayed there till three. I would recommend their services anytime and they really blessed us when we were stranded in a real bad hard spot and they really helped us out. Debby Osborn
Deejay she had excellent customer service skills. She called me to make sure I needed the tow and I told her where the car was located and I didn’t have a key with me. She was good. She got my car to where I need to go. I love her spirit. She is an excellent and very helpful and she sent me a picture of my car. Great job. Deejay Shenika Richardson
Above and beyond, Hanks sets the benchmark for customer service and support!! Simply put, Great people doing great things for others- no, i was not compensated in any fashion to say this. Hanks’, customer service is absolutely fantastic, shout out to Lane who kept me well informed through the entire process. Lane called me regularly providing updates. When I was too impatient and call into the shop, Lane always took the call and never once led me to believe I was a bother or an annoyance. But more importantly, Lane shot it to me straight while genuinely giving me assurance they were on top of it and that he, himself, and the shop truly cared about getting my ride back on the road. Hanks went above and beyond to get my Raptor back on the road. Firstly, Hanks towing was immediately responsive and picked me up within 15 mins of my call. With master Ford mechanics on staff, I knew I was in good hands. Pete, the shop owner, and his wife assisted me with my travels by making a reservation for me at a local hotel. I spent the night in Lindale (great little town by the way). My transmission went out while on vacation. Hanks staff was very courteous and accommodating as we worked through the options. I had to leave the truck with them for several days as they managed all the necessary repairs. Happy to say I have my truck back now- good as new!! Well, actually better, as Hanks also worked with my custom tuner to flash new transmission strategies per my request. Lane coordinated all the efforts. My deepest thanks and respect for the team At Hanks- you have earned my business. Post repair, I had some questions about the completed work, so I went up there and Lane and the guys took the time to explain everything to me, again, and was very patient and professional. He even took me out to the car and pointed everything out. Engine vibration gone! I would definitely recommend Hank’s!! Judith DePrang
